This is the full Program of Events for the International Lighthouse Conference that was held from September 17-21, 2003. It is postmarked by a special postal cancellation that was available on Sept. 20, 2002 only and never used again. Only a few of these programs were stamped with the special cancellation. Scarce lighthouse collectible.
