International Lighthouse Conference Post Mark with Flag Stamp
Special United States Postal Service Postmark allowed only on the September 20, 2002 at one special location to honor the International Lighthouse Conference that was held in New Bedford, Massachusetts. The envelope is approximately 9 ½”L x 4 1/8” H. Only about 30 of these envelopes were used. This envelope features a 37 cent flag stamp.
