Postmarked in Cape Neddick, Maine on the 114th Anniversary (July 1, 1993) of the lighting of Maine’s Nubble Lighthouse in York, Maine on July 1, 1879. The postage stamps affixed to the cover are the National Parks Centennial block of stamps that features the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse in North Carolina that were issued in 1972; the Maine Statehood postage stamp featuring Maine’s Cape Elizabeth’s Two Lights” Lighthouse that was issued in 1970, and the 19 cent Boat postage stamp. A wonderful addition to any lighthouse collection. We believe that only a few hundred of these were made.
