This is Dept 56 New England Village – Edgartown Boat Builder. It is rare that Dept 56 produces pieces that are realistic reproductions of actual buildings, but the Edgartown Boat Builder is a real building. It was used for boat building in the 1600-1800s and is now an art gallery. Approximately 6.65″ x 5.75″ x 6.69″ Nicely boxed for easy storage off season. Adapter is included.
