International Lighthouse Conference Post Mark with Heroes Stamp
Special United States Postal Service Postmark allowed only on the September 20, 2002 on one special location to honor the International Lighthouse Conference that was held in New Bedford, Massachusetts. The envelope is approximated 9 ½”L x 4 1/8” H. Only about 30 of these envelopes were used. This envelope features the Heroes Stamp commemorating the New York City Fire Fighters on Sept 11, 2001.
