Book issued expressly for the International Lighthouse Conference, “Kids on the Beam” that was held in New Bedford, Massachusetts from Sept.17-21. The cover is postmarked by the United States Post Office with a Special Postal Cancellation that was available used on September 20, 2002 only and then never used again and destroyed. Only a few of these kids’ activities books were stamped with the Special Cancellation. A scarce lighthouse collectible.
